In 2016 I left my corporate j-o-b. I enjoyed the entire journey. I learned, I grew, I made friends and pushed my limits. Then it changed. After years of developing, I started feeling it was time for me to move on. I took the leap. People trusted me and I became an entrepreneur.
I am building another part of my life. I now help leaders use their Heart & Soul to inspire their team. I’ve been coaching for the past 10 years. I’ve worked mostly with leaders who are at director level and who want to prepare for their next level or who just became directors and want to adjust quickly without making rookie mistakes.
Together we work on developing a strategic mind by anticipating better and better. We learn to manage the multiple priorities and stakeholders at this new level and we leverage relationships and influence.

Type of coaching and description
I am a leadership coach. I work with high performing leaders who have at least 5 years of experience and who want to perform at director level and above. We work from your strengths…don’t worry we will hit the weak spots that every one wants to even out.
I don’t do any psychology as this is not my background. Coaching is about self observation and self enquiry however. I will ask those tough questions, I hope you are prepared.
